Born from friendship, experience and a shared passion for creating exceptional experiences, our story began long before The Factory.

Hilary and Gabby met in 2015 while working in the events and activation industry. Hilary brought her passion for sales, events and décor, while Gabby brought over 15 years of experience in activations and experiential marketing.

During COVID, the pair pivoted into gifting, and when the events industry came back to life, so did a new idea.

In 2022, The Factory started in Hilary's garage with a vision to create unique, custom solutions for brands and events. Today, it has grown into a creative powerhouse specialising in bespoke rental units and custom fabrication.

We take ideas, challenges and big visions and turn them into something real.
